LEGAL NOTICE
ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE ROCK HILL FIRE DISTRICT
On December 13, 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Rock Hill Fire District will take place on December 13, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Rock Hill Fire House located at 61 Glen Wild Road, Rock Hill, New York, for the purpose of electing a Commissioner for one, five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027. All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2022 and residing within the Rock Hill Fire District shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names and the office they are seeking in writing with the Secretary of the Rock Hill Fire District, at the fire house at the Rock Hill Fire District, PO Box 52, Rock Hill, New York, no later than twenty days before the election, with the last day for a candidate to file their name in writing on or before November 23, 2022.
