August 21, 2023 Notice of Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bethel Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a meeting on August 21, 2023 at 7:30 PM at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, 3460 State Route 55, White Lake to discuss applications that are on the agenda for the meeting.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on the August 21, 2023 at 7:30 PM as follows:

1. Application for an Area Variance to be located at 4054 West Shore Dr, Kauneonga Lake, known as Bethel Tax Map # 28.-1-2.13, proposed by Mintz (Mogel)

The above proposal is available for inspection at the office of the Building Department, 3454 State Route 55, White Lake, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney, and/or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto, may be filed with the Board, or at such Public Hearing.
