NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Liberty will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on 4/25/24 at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 120 North Main Street, Liberty, New York at which time all sealed bids will be publicly opened and read for the following:

STONE

Specifications for this item may be obtained from the Highway Department at the intersection of Route 52 West and the Ferndale-Loomis Road, Liberty, New York.

Each bid shall be delivered in a securely sealed envelope, marked to indicate the contents. Each bid must contain a non-collusive bidding certificate. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
