NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the Village of Woodridge Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 5, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Hall 2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, NY 12789. To consider the application of Woodridge Villas for a proposed modification to a previously approved 22-unit development with a community building, pool and playground. Located on the Southeast corner of the Mountaindale Road and GlenWild Road intersection. This application relates to the Village of Woodridge tax parcel 104.-1-4.1, 104.-1.4.2 104.-1-5.4. At said time and place all those interested in the subject matter of this application will be heard.
