LEGAL NOTICE

JEFFERSONVILLE FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the JEFFERSONVILLE FIRE DISTRICT will take place on December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Jeffersonville Fire House located at Main Street, Jeffersonville, N.Y. for the purpose of electing:

One Commissioner for a five (5) year term, January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026;

AND

One Secretary/Treasurer for a three (3) year term, January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2024.

All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 22, 2021 and residing within the Jeffersonville Fire District shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates should file their names with the Secretary of the Jeffersonville Fire District at PO Box 276, Jeffersonville, NY 12748 no later than November 24, 2021 in order to insure their name appears on the ballot.
