LEGAL NOTICE
Mountaindale Fire District
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election of the Mountaindale Fire District will take place on December 13th, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Mountaindale Firehouse located at 132 Main Street for the purpose of electing:
One Commissioner for a five (5)-year term, commencing on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2027.
All duly registered residents of the Mountaindale Fire District shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for the District Office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Mountaindale Fire District at PO Box 202, Mountaindale NY 12763 no later than November 23, 2022.
