Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Sullivan County Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the period beginning on July 1, 2024, and ending on June 30, 2025, have been examined by the office of the state comptroller and that the report of examination prepared by the office of the state comptroller and The BOCES response letter prepared in conjunction with the office of the state controller audit has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the general municipal law, the governing board of the Sullivan County Board of Cooperative Educational Services has determined to prepare a corrective action plan in response to the report of examination performed by the office of the state comptroller and will file such report in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than January 30, 2026.
