Permissive Referendum

Where as the Kauneonga Lake Fire District is contemplating the purchase of a UTV and firefighting skid unit and,

Where as the specifications are being finalized and,

Where as the Apparatus Reserve Fund was established as a capital reserve fund for such purchases,

so therefore the Board of Fire Commissioners voted at their regular business meeting on April 12. 2022 in favor of accessing up to $35,000 from the Apparatus Reserve Fund to be used for the purchase of a UTV and firefighting skid unit subject to a permissive referendum.
