Where as the Kauneonga Lake Fire District is contemplating the purchase of a new or used vehicle to be used for rapid response/ incident command and,

Where as the specifications are being finalized and,

Where as the Apparatus Reserve Fund was established as a capital reserve fund for such purchases, so therefore the Board of Fire Commissioners voted at their regular business meeting on July 12. 2022 in favor of accessing up to $50,000 from the Apparatus Reserve Fund to be used for the purchase of a rapid response/ incident command vehicle subject to a permissive referendum.
