Permissive Referendum

Whereas the Board of Commissioners of the Kauneonga Lake Fire District having decided to post a 2001 Pierce mini-pumper for sale at their regular business meeting held on December 13, 2022 and

Whereas the mini-pumper has been advertised for sale on several Facebook pages and

Whereas the expected sale price is to be between $20,000 and $100,000 and

Whereas the Board of Commissioners has set a closing date and time to accept offers of February 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM

So, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Kauneonga Lake Fire District at their annual Organizational meeting held on January 10, 2023 has resolved to sell this mini-pumper subject to Permissive Referendum and the receipt of acceptable offers. The district reserves the right to refuse any or all offers.
