PLANNING BOARD WORK SESSION

ROCK HILL TOWN CENTER – AVON PARK

The Town of Thompson Planning Board will hold a work session meeting on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at 10:30 AM to be held at the Town Hall, 4052 State Route 42, Monticello, New York to consider the application of ROCK HILL TOWN CENTER - AVON PARK in accordance with §250-7 and §250-11 of the Town Code of the Town of Thompson for site plan review and special use permit. The property is located on Rock Hill Drive, Rock Hill, NY Section 32 Block 1 Lots 6,7,9.2 and 10.

This work-session will be held remotely by videoconference and is open to the public to listen to the discussion. The Board and its consultants may attend in person or remotely. The zoom link is as follows:
