PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Education Law (8 NYCRR §155.17 (e) (3)), a public hearing of the District Wide Safety Plan of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Sullivan County will be held at the Sullivan BOCES Offices and Conference Center, located at 15 Sullivan Avenue Suite 1, Liberty, New York, December 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in order to present the amendments to the District Wide Safety Plan. Details of the Safety Plan may be reviewed on the Sullivan BOCES website, effective December 17th.

Public comment will be accepted for a period of up to 30 days after the date of the hearing.
