THE TOWN OF LIBERTY PLANNING BOARD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 7:10 P.M. ON JULY 2, 2024 AT THE SENIOR CENTER, 119 NORTH MAIN STREET, LIBERTY, NEW YORK FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION FILED BY:

TO: make repairs to units #22 & 23, #26 & 27, #38, #42 & 43, replace unit #10 & 11 and add a 12’ X 21’ 6” deck and connect unit #10 & 11 to unit #12 & 13.
