PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

THE TOWN OF LIBERTY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 7:05 P.M. ON MAY 17, 2022 AT THE SENIOR CENTER, 119 NORTH MAIN STREET, LIBERTY, NEW YORK TO CONSIDER THE APPLICATION FOR AN AREA VARIANCE FOR:

VINE AND BRANCH CHURCH

LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF:

2535 State Route 52

SBL: 28.-2-6

ZONE: SC

PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:

TO REDUCE THE SETBACK FROM 30' TO 20' TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION.

The above proposal is available for inspection at the office of the Building Department, 120 N. Main Street, Liberty, New York. Appointments are necessary due to the high volume of Public Hearings. Persons wishing to appear at such Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney, and/or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto, may be filed with the Board, or at such Public Hearing.
