PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, Sullivan County, New York, on March 9, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an order directing removal or securing of single family home with garage located at 216 County Road 114, and more particularly described as Section 5, Block 2, Lot 8 because the building is unsafe in that it has internally collapsed and ordering said removal, if not performed by the owner thereof, to be performed upon order of the Town Board and the costs and expenses thereof to be assessed against the land in the same manner as a general Town tax.
