NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be opened on July 1, 2026 at 7:15 pm by the Town of Rockland Planning Board pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law for review of a subdivision located at Rockland 45.-1-34.2; Old Route 17; being lands of the Roberts Family Revocable Trust.

SAID HEARING will be held in the Town Hall located at 95 Main Street, Livingston Manor, N.Y. 12758 and via Zoom at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
