PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF ROCKLAND PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be opened on July 1st, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. by the Town of Rockland Planning Board pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law for the review of a Twelve (12) Lot Subdivision located at Rockland Road, S.B.L. #21-1-10.1, being proposed by owner TIALT, LLC (Vallone).

SAID HEARING will be held in the Town Hall located at 95 Main Street, Livingston Manor, NY 12758 and via “Zoom”, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. To obtain the “Zoom” meeting link see the Town website. Written comments may be emailed to the Planning Board Clerk at planningboardZBAclerk@townofrocklandny.gov by 4:00 pm on the day of the meeting.
