PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Budget Hearing of the Mountaindale Fire District will take place on Tuesday October 17th, 2023 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Mountaindale Firehouse located at 132 Main Street.

This notice is being publicized and posted in accordance with the provisions of Section 104 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York by order of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Mountaindale Fire District.
