Please take notice that the Town of Neversink Planning Board will hold a Public

Hearing, pursuant to Section 276, Town Law, on the application of Fernando and

Kimberly Costa for the purpose of a 3 Lot Subdivision located at Smith Lane and

Klothe Drive in Grahamsville, NY 12740 (28.-1-15.60)

Said hearing will take place at the Neversink Town Hall, Grahamsville, N.Y. on

Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
