LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to Chapter 472 of the 1998 Session Laws of New York, the Eldred Central School hereby requests sealed bids for the lease financing of (12) Type C2 66 Passenger School Buses and (3) GM Minotaur 18 Passenger Buses for a five year term commencing in the 2022-2023 school year. Bids will be accepted until June 29th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids should be submitted to Caleb R. Russell, Business Administrator, Eldred Central School District, PO Box 249, Eldred, NY 12732. Bid specifications can be obtained from Eldred CSD Business Office, PO Box 249, Eldred NY 12732 or by calling 845-456-1050. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, or to accept the lease bid that in its judgement will be in the best interest of the District.
