REFEREE'S NOTICE OF SALE IN FORECLOSURE

SUPREME COURT - COUNTY OF SULLIVAN

DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-WMC2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2, Plaintiff - against - ROSALIA CRACCHIOLO, et al Defendant(s).

Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale granted on December 30, 2019. I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction outside in front of the courthouse steps of the Lawrence H.
