Sealed quotes for the following will be received by the Restoration Coordinator at the Neversink Town Hall, 273 Main Street, Neversink, New York 12740, (845) 985-2581, until 10:00 AM on Monday, April 18th, 2022 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Sullivan County Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking price quotations to provide, deliver, and stockpile large tree sections with attached rootwads, as described in the attached Request for Proposals Document, for use in an upcoming stream restoration stabilization project in Town of Denning, Ulster County, New York. Rootwad Logs shall only be procured from approved projects where tree clearing and grubbing activities have been previously authorized for the purposes of development, following all applicable permit conditions and regulations.
Proposal Forms, including specifications, may be obtained from the Coordinator at the above address, and all bids are subject to the terms and conditions therein set forth.
