LEGAL NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE NEVERSINK FIRE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Neversink Fire District is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accountants or independent public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2021, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025 in accordance with Neversink Fire District Request for Proposal for Professional Auditing Services, which can be obtained from the Secretary of the Neversink Fire District by contacting Eileen Delaney, Treasurer via email at nfdtreasurer@gmail.com or to Howard Petro Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners at 845-720-2458.

There is no express or implied obligation for the District to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this Request.

Any inquires concerning this RFP must be in writing and should be addressed to Howard Petro, Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners at P. O. Box 394, Neversink, New York 12765. Inquiries must be postmarked by December 31, 2021. District responses to all inquiries will be distributed to each potential proposer.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.
