LEGAL NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

NOTICE IS HERYBY GIVEN that the South Fallsburg Fire District is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accountants or independent public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2025 through December 31, 2028.

Sealed proposals, marked as such, will be received on behalf of the South Fallsburg Fire District by Secretary Christie Ratner, South Fallsburg Fire District, PO Box 772, South Fallsburg, NY 12779 on or before November 11, 2025 7:00 p.m., and the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at said Fire District Meeting on said date.

The fire district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
