SWAN LAKE-BRISCOE ROAD CONSOLIDATED SEWER DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Preliminary Budget and the proposed 2021 Schedule of Sewer Unit Charges and Capital Sewer Charges for the Swan Lake-Briscoe Road Consolidated Sewer District have been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, 120 North Main Street, Liberty, New York where it is available for public inspection from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Liberty will hold a Public Hearing on said 2022 Preliminary Budget and Schedule of Sewer Unit Charges and Capital Sewer Charges Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6:15 p.m. at the Senior Center, 119 North Main Street, Liberty, New York. All concerned citizens are invited to attend in person or via ZOOM and provide the Town Board with written and oral comments on the proposed 2022 Preliminary Budget and Schedule for said district.
