LEGAL NOTICE

The North Branch Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners re-organizational meeting was held on January 11, 2023. The following appointments were made by the Board of Fire Commissioners:

Chairman: Robert J. Theadore

Vice Chairman: John Brockner

Secretary/Records Management Officer: Cynthia A. Theadore

Regular meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the North Branch Firehouse. If said Wednesday should fall on a holiday, the regular meeting will be held on the following Wednesday at 6:30 PM.

The Sullivan County Democrat was designated the official district newspaper.

Any qualified attorney in Sullivan County will serve as the district attorney.

Official depositories are to be as follows: Catskill Hudson Bank, Jeff Bank and Wayne Bank.
