LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Callicoon will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) New 2022 Model Year 250/2500 Pickup Truck. Truck will be regular cab with eight foot box, A/C, power windows, sprayed in bedliner, Automatic Transmission, and gas engine. Bid must also include prices for plow prep and back rack with emergency light. Any questions contact Superintendent of Highways, Kristofer Scullion, at 845-482-5505, M-F between 7:00am and 3:30pm.

The attention of the bidders is particularly called to the non-collusive bid certificate and the bid proposal provision on Civil Rights Employment Policy, which must be provided.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked "Pick Up Truck" to the Office of the Town Clerk at 19 Legion Street, PO Box 687, Jeffersonville, NY 12748, on or before the 8th of November, 2021, during regular business hours or delivered to the Town Clerk prior to the start of the Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 7:30pm, 19 Legion Street, Jeffersonville, NY., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Town of Callicoon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept only those most advantageous to the Town.
