Bids to Remove Bio Solids

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Bethel will

receive sealed bids until March 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethel Town Hall, 3454 Rt. 55, P.O. Box 300, White Lake, NY at the office of the Town Clerk at which time all sealed bids will be opened and read publicly for:

Roll back containers for the storage and removal of municipal dry bio solids consisting of screenings, grit, sludge and sand. Bids are being sought for one year and two-year contracts separately. All bidders must have all necessary DEC permits in place.

All bids shall be clearly marked "SEALED BID" and MUST include a non-collusive affidavit. Any bid received without a non-collusive affidavit will automatically be rejected.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any

informalities in the bid and to accept that proposal in their judgment best serves the

interest of the Town Board.
