Local Law #1-2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel Town Board, County of

Sullivan, State of New York, has introduced Proposed Local Law #2 of 2023 on September 27, 2023, and having conducted a public hearing on October 11, 2023, has duly enacted Local Law #1 of 2023 to allow for Volunteer Firefighter and Ambulance corp. members tax exemption.

This local law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
