Notice of Budget Adoption

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel Town Board, Sullivan

County, New York has met and considered the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year

beginning January 1, 2023 and conducted a public hearing thereon on October 26, 2022,

as required by Town Law, Section 108, and

FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN, that the Preliminary Budget is hereby adopted as

the annual budget of the Town of Bethel for the fiscal year beginning on January 1, 2023.

Copies of said budget are available at the Office of the Town Clerk, 3454 Route 55, White

Lake, NY during business hours.
