Local Law #1-2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel Town Board, County of

Sullivan, State of New York, has introduced Proposed Local Law #1 of 2024 on November 13,

2024, and having conducted a public hearing on December 16, 2024, has duly enacted Local

Law #1 of 2024 to amend the Zoning Code Chapter 345 to include additional properties in the

Performing Arts District.

This local law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
