NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel Town Board, County of

Sullivan, State of New York, having introduced the CEA on November 13, 2024 and

and having conducted a public hearing on December 16, 2024, has established the Critical Environmental Area (CEA) for the White Lake/Mountain Lake Watershed.

The CEA, Map and Report are posted on the Town Website.
