Notice of Public Hearing Continuance
Yasgur Road Productions 2022 Noise Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel will continue the public hearing held on June 22, 2022 on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 7:45 p.m. prevailing time at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, Meeting Room, 3460 Rt. 55, White Lake, New York for the the 2022 Yasgur Road Prductions Noise Permit. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the Permit issued to Yasgur Road Productions, 34 Yasgur Road, Cochecton, NY 12726 should be modified or amended\pursuant to the Town of Bethel Code Chapter 220 entitled Noise. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
