NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel will conduct a public hearing according to the Code of the Town of Bethel Chapter 113, Unsafe Buildings, on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 7:45 p.m. prevailing time at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, Meeting

Room, 3460 Rt. 55, White Lake, New York on the following structure: Tax Map Section, Block

and Lot #46.-26-9 (9 Ballard Street, Smallwood, NY 12778) assessed to Upraise Construction, LLC. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether said order to remove structure shall be affirmed, modified or vacated, and in the event of modification or affirmance, to assess all costs and expenses incurred by the Town against the land on which structure is located. The

property owner shall have the right to contest the order of the Town Board at the time of the hearing in writing or in person.
