NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on October 13, 2022 @ 7:30 pm, at the Town Hall, 19 Legion Street Jeffersonville, N.Y. for a two lot subdivision at 431/462 Bethlehem Road . Parcel Section 8, Block 1, Lot 3, located in the located in the Town of Callicoon. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
