NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on May 11, 2023 @ 7:45 pm, at the Town Hall, 19 Legion Street Jeffersonville, N.Y. for a two lot subdivision at 604 Shandelee Road, Parcel Section 4 , Block 1 , Lot 47.13 , located in the Town of Callicoon . Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
