NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on March 9, 2023 @ 7:30 pm, at the Town Hall, 19 Legion Street Jeffersonville, N.Y. for a conditional use permit for property located at , 13 Sheri Lane, in Youngsville , located in the Town of Callicoon, Parcel Section 18 , Block 1, Lot 6.3. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
