PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Delaware in Local Law #3 of the year 2021 entitled "A local law fixing and determining rates for the year 2022 for the Hamlet of Callicoon Water District in the Town of Delaware and entered it in its minutes.

The following rates shall be charged in the Town of Delaware Hamlet of Callicoon Water District during the year 2022:

Capital (billed annually on property tax bill): $-0- per unit

Operation and Maintenance (billed quarterly by direct invoice): $601.90 per unit, or $10.15 per 1,000 gallons, if metered.

Said local law No. 3 for the year 2021 shall take effect upon or after the filing of the same in the office of the Secretary of State.
