NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SEQRA

REVIEW PERTAINING TO THE ZONING CODE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh in the County of Sullivan and State of New York, SEQRA review pertaining to the zoning code.

A copy of the said SEQRA review is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Forestburgh, New York, where the same may be examined.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to §20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a public hearing will be held on the aforesaid SEQRA before the Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh, at the Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, New York, at 6:10 p.m. prevailing time, on September 27, 2023, at which time all interested persons will be heard.
