NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Highland Town Board on Tuesday, December 14th, 2021 at 6:30pm at The Town of Highland Town Hall, 4 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY 12732 to discuss the following issues:

Public Hearing for Proposed Local Law #5 of 2021, Entitled, a Local Law to Opt Out of Cannabis Retail Dispensaries and/or On-Site Cannabis Consumption Establishments

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the economical significance of said proposed Regulations & Local Laws will be reviewed by the Town Board of The Town of Highland incident to and as a part of said public hearing. Copies of said proposed Regulations & Local Laws are available for review at the Town of Highland Town Hall, 4 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY 12732.
