TOWN OF LUMBERLAND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR THE PROPOSED LUMBERLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTRACT JAN. 1, 2023 THROUGH DEC. 31, 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board

of the Town of Lumberland will hold a Public Hearing on

the proposed Lumberland Fire Department contract renewal

with the Town of Lumberland at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday,

December 29, 2022 at the Lumberland Town Hall, 1052 Proctor

Road, Glen Spey, N.Y., at which time any interested

person may be heard in favor of or against this proposed

contract renewal.
