NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION

GRANT OF EASEMENT ALONG WINTERTON ROAD

TO VILLAGE OF BLOOMINGBURG

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, after issuance of a SEQR Negative Declaration, the Town Board of the Town of Mamakating, on April 5, 2022, adopted a resolution approving the grant to the Village of Bloomingburg of a sidewalk and utility easement within the Winterton right-of-way, adjoining both sides of the paved portion of Winterton Road, running from the Town/Village municipal boundary southerly for a distance of approximately 2600 linear feet from the municipal boundary. This resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum.
