VILLAGE OF JEFFERSONVILLE

PRICE PROPOSAL REQUEST FOR 2021-22

REPAIR AND SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, as per PROCUREMENT policy, the Incorporated Village of Jeffersonville, NY does hereby request hourly price proposal's for Repair/Maintenance and Snow Removal Equipment for the period November 1st, 2021 through October 31st, 2022.

Proposal particulars may be requested from the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 17 Center Street, Jeffersonville, NY. Phone: 845-482-4275. Attention is called to the non-collusive certification which must be provided pursuant to section 103-D of the General Municipal Law.

Said proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "2021-22 Hourly Equipment Price Proposal", no later than 4:00PM; Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 17 Center Street, Jeffersonville, NY and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the one submitting the proposal Said proposal's will be publicly opened and read aloud at the board's October 13th, 2021

meeting.

The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Jeffersonville may reject any and all proposals and re-advertise at their discretion.

No proposal's may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening.
