PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 11th, 2023, at 6:05 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an application for Special Use Permit and Site Plan application by Stewarts Shops Corp for approval for a special use permit and site plan change to use the premises as a convenience store and gasoline service station. Said property is located at 131 Mill Street, Liberty, New York, 12754, also identified by tax map number 115-2-1.

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
