PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a continued

Public Hearing and a Special Planning Board Meeting for the purpose of the site plan

approval for Ahava Medical on August 21 st, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal

Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties

seeking to amend an application for a Site Plan Change by Ahava Medical to move an

approved parking lot to an alternate location, omit an access road, and construct a new

access road to the parking lot to be moved, for Ahava Medical 25 Carrier Street Liberty,

NY. 12754. Said property is also identified by tax map number 114-1-1.1

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
