PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public
Hearing on April 13th, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North
Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an
application for Special Use Permit and Site Plan application by National Wheels Auto
Inc, for approval for a used auto sales lot. Said property is located at 183 Mill Street,
Liberty, New York, 12754, also identified by tax map number 115-2-7.
All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
Masks as required by law.
