PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 11th, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an application for Special Use Permit and Site Plan application by Yoelys Enterprise Inc, for approval for a change of use from a restaurant to an office. Said property is located at 43 Sullivan Avenue, Liberty, New York, 12754, also identified by tax map number 121-3-6.
All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
