PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on, September 9th, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding a Site Plan Approval for Frito Lay, at 5722 State Route 55 Liberty N.Y. 12754. Said property is also identified by tax map number 113-2-5, 113-2-3,113-2-2 and 113-3-5.1.

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
