PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on April 21, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an application for an area variance by HK Property Liberty LLC a/k/a Healthy Kids Properties to decrease the required ten (10) foot side yard setback to five (5) feet for 6 Wierk Avenue, Liberty, NY 12754. Said property is also identified by tax map number 114-2-1.2.

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
