NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Monticello Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, the 8th day of March 2022, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in person for the property located 397 Broadway, Monticello, New York.
The property is Bosco Sodi and is located on tax map parcel(s) section 116, block 1, and lot 6 (S-B-L 116.-16) and is located in the R-2/B2 (Residential-Two Family/Core Business) Zoning District.
The applicant is seeking Site Plan Approval for the conversion of an existing commercial space into an Art Gallery Warehouse and Cafe. The proposed conversion is an allowed use in the R-2/B2 Zone.
A copy of the proposed plan is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk's business hours.
The Planning Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
